What TV Slim does
TV Slim disables it with pm disable-user --user 0 — it is never uninstalled — after a confirmation that lists the side effects. The log keeps the command that undoes it: one click re-enables it.
By hand, over ADB
The same commands, if you would rather type them. The first one disables the package for the main user; the second one undoes it.
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.tcl.repairguide
adb shell pm enable com.tcl.repairguide
